We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Origo Packaging designs and manufactures custom packaging solutions, including but not limited to:

• Paper bags and carrier bags
• Gift boxes and luxury packaging
• Eco-friendly and sustainable packaging options

4.2 Customisation Options

All our products are made to your specifications, including:

• Size, shape, and dimensions
• Material and board grade
• Printing colours and finishes (e.g., matte, gloss, spot UV, foil stamping)
• Design, artwork, and branding
• Quantity

4.3 Design Services

We offer design assistance and template creation. However:

• You are responsible for ensuring your Artwork is accurate, complete, and free from errors
• We do not guarantee that colours on screen will exactly match the final printed product
• We are not responsible for spelling, grammatical, or design errors in Artwork you approve

5. Orders and Order Process

5.1 Placing an Order

To place an order, you must:

1. Select your product type and customisation options
2. Upload your Artwork or request design assistance
3. Provide accurate delivery and billing information
4. Review and confirm your Order details
5. Make payment in full

5.2 Order Confirmation

After you place an Order, we will send you an Order Confirmation email. This does not mean your Order has been accepted. Our acceptance of your Order occurs when we:

• Send you a design proof for approval, or
• Confirm in writing that your Order has entered production

5.3 Design Proof Approval

Before production begins, we will send you a digital proof of your custom packaging. You must:

• Carefully review all details, including spelling, colours, images, dimensions, and layout
• Confirm your approval in writing (via email or through your account dashboard)

IMPORTANT: Once you approve the proof, you accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the design. We will print exactly what you approve. Any errors in the approved proof are your responsibility.

5.4 Order Cancellation

• Before Proof Approval: You may cancel your Order and receive a full refund.
• After Proof Approval: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified because production of custom-made items begins immediately.
• After Production Begins: No cancellations, modifications, or refunds are permitted.

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Pricing

• All prices displayed on our Website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
• Prices do not include VAT, which will be added at checkout where applicable.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect Orders already confirmed.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel Orders placed at incorrect prices.

6.2 Payment

• Full payment is required before production begins.
• We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods displayed at checkout.
• If your payment is declined, we will not begin production and may cancel your Order.
• You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion charges, or international transaction fees.

6.3 Price Match

We offer a price match guarantee on comparable custom packaging orders. Terms and conditions apply — please contact us for details.

7. Production and Delivery

7.1 Production Time

Production time varies depending on:

• Product type and complexity
• Order quantity
• Customisation requirements
• Current production schedule
• Approval of design proofs

Estimated production times are provided at checkout and in your Order Confirmation. These are estimates only and not guaranteed.

7.2 Delivery and Shipping

• We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom and selected international destinations.
• Delivery times are estimates and begin after production is complete.
• Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or events outside our control.

7.3 Delivery Issues

If your Order is lost or damaged in transit:

• Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
• We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier
• We may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances

8. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

8.1 Custom-Made Products

All our Products are custom-made to your specifications. Because they are bespoke and cannot be resold, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size, colour, or design chosen by you
• Incorrect quantity ordered
• Any personal preference or subjective dissatisfaction

8.2 When Returns or Replacements Are Accepted

We will replace or refund your Order only if:

• The Products are materially different from the approved proof
• The Products are defective or damaged due to our manufacturing error
• The wrong Products or quantity were delivered
• There is a clear printing or production defect

8.3 How to Request a Replacement or Refund

To request a replacement or refund:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide your Order number and a detailed description of the issue
3. Attach clear photographs or videos showing the defect or error
4. Allow us 3-5 Working Days to review your claim

If we confirm an error on our part, we will, at our discretion:

• Reprint and replace the defective items at no extra cost, or
• Issue a partial or full refund

8.4 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Products made to your approved specifications
• Products that have been used, assembled, or altered after delivery
• Products damaged due to improper handling or storage by you
• Sale, clearance, or discounted items (unless defective)

9. Artwork and Intellectual Property

9.1 Your Artwork

• You retain all ownership rights to the Artwork and designs you provide.
• By submitting Artwork, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your Order.
• You warrant that your Artwork does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from the use of your Artwork.

9.2 Our Intellectual Property

All content on our Website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product designs, and software, is the property of Origo Packaging or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our Website

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

10.1 Product Warranties

We warrant that our Products will:

• Conform substantially to the approved proof
• Be free from material manufacturing defects
• Be produced using materials of the grade specified in your Order

10.2 Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
• WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES.
• COLOUR REPRESENTATIONS ON SCREEN MAY VARY FROM THE FINAL PRINTED PRODUCT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MINOR COLOUR VARIATIONS THAT ARE STANDARD IN THE PRINTING INDUSTRY.
• WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS IN ARTWORK THAT YOU HAVE APPROVED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC ORDER GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR DELAYS OR FAILURES CAUSED BY EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: NATURAL DISASTERS, WAR, TERRORISM, LABOUR DISPUTES, SUPPLY CHAIN DISRUPTIONS, OR GOVERNMENT ACTIONS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Origo Packaging, our directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any content or Artwork you submit

13. Account Security

If you create an account on our Website:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
